Senior UX Researcher, Commerce

Lead research across Ōura’s digital commerce, membership, and enterprise portal experiences. You’ll plan and run interviews, usability studies, concept tests, card sorts, journey mapping, and experience audits, then connect qualitative insights with analytics and experiments to guide product strategy. The role also helps scale research operations and communicates customer needs to design, product, engineering, marketing, and leadership. This is a remote U.S. role with a preference for candidates near San Francisco, San Diego, or Boston; some states are excluded by the employer.
