Stripe is seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer to lead critical experiences across its Risk products. The work spans onboarding, verification, compliance, account health, AI-driven workflows, and new configurable risk capabilities for businesses.
This designer will influence product strategy, prototype new ideas, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, establish design standards, and turn policy-heavy systems into clear, trustworthy experiences.
Candidates should have 12+ years of product design experience, exceptional systems thinking and craft, and a record of leading ambiguous product work with product and engineering partners. Experience building trust in complex or high-stakes products is especially relevant.
Remote U.S. role.
