Principal Product Designer

Set the UX vision for a major Constant Contact product pillar and lead the company’s most complex, high-impact design initiatives. You’ll connect customer research, product strategy, engineering constraints, and business goals; influence decisions across multiple teams; and strengthen the shared design system. Depending on fit, the role may remain a strategic individual-contributor position or include mentoring a small senior design team. It is remote across the United States or Ontario, Canada.
