LooseGrip, a digital consultancy focused on data-informed storytelling and performance marketing, is seeking a Junior Designer for flexible part-time contract work.
The designer will create social graphics, paid advertising creative, email assets, and landing-page visuals; translate campaign briefs into polished work; apply brand systems consistently; and iterate designs for testing and optimization.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of design experience, a varied digital portfolio, and proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Motion-design basics and experience with AI-assisted creative workflows are useful.
Fully remote and open worldwide, including the United States.
