Smartsheet is looking for a Director of Product Design to lead and grow a team creating web and mobile product experiences. The director will set UX strategy, establish measurable goals, scale design processes, develop talent, and represent users across product development.
This role partners closely with designers, researchers, engineers, product managers, and executives. Responsibilities include defining design vision, mentoring leaders and designers, improving standards and tools, and aligning user needs with business and technical goals.
The ideal candidate has 12+ years in cross-functional product work, 6+ years leading UX teams, experience managing a large design organization, and a strong background in enterprise SaaS, usability research, visual design, and prototyping.
