Maven Clinic is hiring a hands-on Product Design Lead for its direct-to-consumer healthcare experiences. This player-coach role leads a small team of senior design and research practitioners while also owning high-priority product work.
The work covers new product development and continuous optimization across acquisition, onboarding, eligibility, pricing, payments, activation, retention, and care journeys. The lead will partner with product, engineering, growth, data, clinical, legal, operations, and support teams.
Candidates should bring 7+ years of product design experience, formal team leadership, strong mobile and responsive-web craft, and experience with complex consumer journeys. Healthcare, fintech, insurance, subscriptions, or other trust-sensitive product experience is especially relevant.
Remote within the United States, with a preference for San Francisco.
